The Island Sauna

The Island Sauna is a wood-fired barrel sauna sited at Black Barge Beach on the Isle of Portland, Dorset, directly beside Portland Castle on the Jurassic Coast. The sauna seats up to eight people and is heated by a Huum wood-fired stove, with sea swimming in Portland Harbour available as a cool-down. Sessions run as communal drop-ins, private group hire, or a range of structured events including sound baths, sauna rituals, and movement classes.
