Soul Sweats operates two fixed Lithuanian steam saunas in Porthtowan, Cornwall: a seaview sauna set in a clifftop meadow at Mount Pleasant Eco Park, and a beach sauna located at the south end of Porthtowan Beach. Both saunas run entirely on wood and solar energy, with cold immersion options ranging from a dedicated cold plunge at the Eco Park to sea and river dips at the beach site. Sessions run as communal drop-ins or private hire, and the programme extends to guided Aufguss ceremonies, breathwork, and sound events.
