The Forest Sauna is a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge set within Happy River Retreat in Wareham Forest, Dorset, accessed via Bere Road (BH20 7PA). The sauna cabin has a panoramic picture window looking out to the trees, with a dedicated jungle shower and private changing rooms alongside the plunge. Sessions run for 65 minutes and are bookable as private hire for up to eight people, with a monthly communal session on the first Monday of the month. The site also accommodates bespoke packages with alfresco plant-based dining.
