Slomo Sauna

Slomo is a multi-site sauna and contrast therapy operation founded by Bestival creators Robby and Josie da Bank, running permanent sites across the Isle of Wight and Christchurch in Dorset. The Isle of Wight sites include a floating sauna and Nordic sauna at Tapnell Farm beside an open-water lake, and a beachside installation at Bembridge. The Christchurch site occupies Elkins Boatyard on the River Avon, with a wood-fired Lithuanian sauna, a seven-foot ice bath, and two further cold plunges set into a timber deck. Sessions run communally or as whole-venue private hire, and the operator also appears at festivals and events across the UK.
