Saunas By The Sea operates a fleet of handcrafted, wood-fired saunas across multiple beaches on the North Cornish coast, including Baby Bay and Harlyn Bay, as well as a fixed Wild Spa and Fitness Centre in Polzeath. The beach saunas are mobile, moving around the coastline seasonally, while the Wild Spa site hosts two permanent sauna spaces each paired with a cold plunge. Sessions are bookable online as individual tickets or private group hires, with sea-dip pairings available at the beach locations. The operation is run by local carpenters who build each sauna in-house and fire them using sustainably sourced Aspen, Alder, Oak, and Eucalyptus.
