Kernow Springs

Kernow Springs is an outdoor Nordic spa based at The Saltbox container park in Wadebridge, Cornwall, operated by a former boat builder who handcrafts all equipment in his own workshop. Sessions centre on a 15-person wood-fired hot tub, a wood-fired sauna, and a cold-water plunge tank, following a classic hot-cold-rest circuit. Bookings are made online via SimplyBook, with sessions available to individuals, groups, and families. The company also sells and installs hand-made Douglas Fir Thermowood saunas across Cornwall and Devon.
