CBK Adventures operates log-fired Finnish sauna tents on the beach at Cullercoats Bay, North East England. Sessions run for 50 minutes with up to four people per tent, accompanied by a sauna assistant who keeps the fire burning and provides essential oils, exfoliating scrubs, and lemon water. A North Sea dip is on hand immediately outside the tent for those following the traditional heat-and-cold ritual. The operator also runs kayaking, coasteering, and paddleboarding from the same base.
