Bristol Sauna Yard

Bristol Sauna Yard is a family-run, wood-fired Finnish sauna and ice bath space set in a courtyard at 163A Church Road, Redfield, Bristol. The yard runs two saunas — a converted horsebox and a larger trailer sauna — alongside three ice plunge pools and an outdoor shower. Community sessions are priced at £10 for 75 minutes, with private hire of the horsebox sauna also available. The space is intentionally rustic and alcohol-free, oriented around regular practice rather than occasional treat.
