Whitby Wellbeing operates pop-up Finnish wood-fired saunas across the Yorkshire coast and beyond. Their trailer sauna visits locations including Whitby, Runswick Bay, Saltburn, Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Seaton Carew, Hornsea, Knaresborough, York, Darlington, and Stockton. They also run a regular riverside session on the banks of the River Esk, five minutes south of Whitby, with cold dips straight into the river. Sessions last one hour with three sauna rounds and cold water breaks, led by an experienced sauna host.
