The Wild Sauna Company operates a wood-fired sauna hut on the shore of the Lake of Menteith — Scotland's only lake — within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, near Stirling. Sessions run as single-seat bookings or exclusive hire, with the option of a guided introduction to wild swimming led by an STA Level 2 Open Water coach. Cooling facilities include direct access to the lake and a cold shower on site. It is a partner operation of the adjacent Karma Lake of Menteith hotel.
