Penpont Sauna

Penpont Sauna is a fixed, wood-fired sauna perched on the banks of the River Usk at Penpont, a family-run estate within the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park in Mid Wales. Hand-built on site using cedar, Douglas fir, and larch from the Penpont estate, with sheep's wool insulation and an Estonian wood stove, it seats up to eight people per session. The River Usk serves as a natural cold plunge, with cold water buckets available as an alternative. Communal sessions run year-round on Wednesdays, Fridays, and selected Saturdays, with private hire available for groups.
