PAUS. is an outdoor bathing and breathing space on a hilltop in the Cambridgeshire countryside near Bourn, open Thursday to Sunday year-round. The site runs wood-fired Finnish dry barrel saunas, wood-fired western red cedar hot tubs, and cold plunge pools across 13 acres of re-wilded meadows, with a Hilltop Bistro and barefoot sensory trail on site. Tickets are sold as shared or private sessions and must be booked in advance via the PAUS. website.
