Sauna in the Woods

Sauna in the Woods is a wood-fired Nordic-style sauna situated in 40 acres of private woodland at Rackheath, just outside Norwich. The sauna building is handbuilt from locally sourced larch, Scots pine, and Douglas fir, and accommodates up to six people per session. Guests have use of a non-chlorinated cold plunge pool and a natural swimming pond, included in all bookings. A 1960s vintage bus serves as the changing room, and beehives are visible from the sauna window.
