Mersea Sauna is a family-run, wood-fired Scandinavian sauna operating at Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre on the Sefton Coastline, north of Liverpool. The barrel-style sauna seats up to six and is paired with a cold plunge tub, with sessions running 50 minutes. Individual seats can be booked alongside other guests, or the full sauna can be reserved privately for groups of up to eight. Changing facilities and free parking are available on site at the Adventure Centre.
