Wildwater Sauna
Pembrokeshire Coast — multiple coastal locations including Nolton Haven, Little Haven, and Newgale
Wildwater Sauna is Pembrokeshire's first wood-fired mobile sauna, travelling the length of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park — the UK's only fully coastal national park — and setting up at beaches and harbours including Nolton Haven, Little Haven, and Newgale. The custom-built Scandinavian sauna seats up to six people and runs 55-minute communal and private sessions built around a hot/cold cycle of sauna heat and Atlantic sea swimming. Founded in 2023 by two local filmmakers, it also runs Sunday yoga and morning meditation add-ons. Sessions are bookable online via an external platform.
