Wild Scottish Sauna at Kingsbarns is a fixed, wood-fired beach sauna sited directly on Kingsbarns Beach on the Fife coast, south of St Andrews. Described by the operator as the original of their five East Coast Scotland locations, it seats up to 12 guests and is bookable for private or social sessions. The North Sea is on the doorstep, making sea swimming a natural counterpoint to the heat.
