Widewater Sauna
Widewater Lagoon beach, Lancing, West Sussex
Widewater Sauna is a wood-fired beach sauna located on the shoreline of Widewater Lagoon nature reserve in Lancing, West Sussex. The barrel-style sauna seats up to seven and is bookable as a community session or full private hire. A cold tub is available on-site alongside open-water sea swimming directly from the beach. Sessions run Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with yoga and sound-bath events held regularly.
