Spear Sauna

Spear Sauna operates two wood-fired saunas at Lost Shore Surf Resort in Newbridge, on the western edge of Edinburgh: an 18-person main sauna with a large window overlooking the wave pool cove, and a smaller four-person horse box sauna. Sessions run in 30- or 60-minute public slots and private hire, bookable online via Acuity Scheduling. Cooling options include waterfall buckets on site and an optional cold dip in the resort cove. A rotating programme of events — including Aufguss rituals, run club, yoga, and sound baths — runs alongside regular public sessions.
