Sawna Llosgi operates Ceredigion's first wood-fired mobile saunas across several West Wales coastal locations, with its flagship trailer pitched on Llangrannog beach. Founded by local surfers Sam and Vinny, the operation runs one-hour private and communal sessions for up to six people, with sea swimming, cold plunge pools, and cold showers available for cooling off. A second mobile unit rotates seasonally between Tresaith, Aberporth, and New Quay, making it a genuinely itinerant multi-site operator. Sessions run Wednesday to Sunday, and every day during school holidays.
