Saunadelic is a wood-fired sauna sited next to the Watersports Centre at Hove Lagoon, on the West Sussex coast. The Finnish-made Narvi stove heats the sauna for up to 8–9 people, with a cold-plunge freshwater tank, indoor and outdoor showers, and a waterside seating area. Sessions run as shared 55-minute bookings or whole-sauna private hire, with optional sauna master ceremonies and natural body treatments available as add-ons.
