Ojas Sauna operates wood-fired horsebox saunas at two farm sites — Oxmoor Farm in the Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire, and Battlers Green Farm near Radlett, Hertfordshire. Sessions run as either private hire (exclusive use) or community social bookings, each pairing the sauna with mechanically chilled ice baths and an outdoor cold shower. Founded in June 2024 by Amelia, the operator draws on Ayurvedic principles of vitality and runs guided sauna rituals alongside standard contrast therapy sessions. Both sites are open year-round and suited to recovery, social wellness, and small groups.
