Off Grid Sauna is a wood-fired outdoor sauna located on Symbol Farm in Guestling Thorn, a rural hamlet near Hastings in East Sussex. The sauna is solar-powered and served by a spring-fed cold shower and plunge. Sessions run as social bookings (up to 8 people) or private hire (up to 10), with a rolling monthly membership also available. The site is a short walk from the car park through woodland, with Three Oaks railway station approximately 1 km away.
