Nordic Rhythm Sauna

Nordic Rhythm operates two wood-fired horsebox saunas alongside cold plunge tubs in the walled garden at Badgemore Park, Henley-on-Thames, open Thursday to Sunday. Communal 55-minute freeflow sessions allow guests to move between the saunas and cold plunges at their own pace, with private hire available for up to 16 people. The operator also runs pop-up sessions at other Henley venues, including the EYOT Centre. It draws visitors from Reading, Windsor, Marlow, and London as well as a strong local community following.
