Môr a Sawna is a wood-fired barrel sauna at Jackson's Bay in Barry, South Wales, seating up to ten people with views over the beach, harbour, and surrounding cliffs. Sessions run communally across a weekly Wednesday–Sunday schedule, with exclusive hire also available. Bathers can cool off in a cold shower on site or take to the sea directly below. The operator also runs a programme of wellness events including sound baths, breathwork, sacred sauna rituals, and hot leaf massage.
