Largo Castaway Sauna is a wood-fired outdoor sauna sited on the Fife Coastal Path at Lower Largo, a short walk from the shore of Largo Bay. The sauna is heated by a Narvi 30 wood-burning stove and accommodates up to 8 guests in social sessions or up to 12 on private hire, each lasting 55 minutes. Cold cooling is available via sea swimming directly off the beach, alongside cold water buckets and sprays on site. Social, private, men's, women's, and guided ritual sessions are available to book across weekends and select weekday evenings.
