Hot2Cold Sauna Co operates a wood-fired barrel sauna on Penarth Seafront in South Wales, run in partnership with the Dawnstalkers community group. Sessions last 60 minutes, are priced from £12 per person, and the sauna accommodates up to eight people at a time. The seafront setting gives direct access to sea swimming as a cold-water contrast, and a free community session runs on Sunday mornings.
