Rest Bay, Porthcawl
Hikitalo's Rest Bay sauna is a wood-fired cabin for up to 10 people, located beside the Rest Bay Lifeguard Station in Porthcawl, South Wales. Sessions run Saturday and Sunday in two blocks (08:00–12:00 and 16:00–20:00), each lasting 55 minutes. Cold showers are available on the boardwalk, and at the right tide guests can walk down to the sea for a dip. Awarded Best Waterside Sauna 2025 by the British Sauna Society, it draws post-surfers and weekend regulars alike.
