GloSauna is a wood-fired sauna built into a converted horsebox, operating year-round on Goring Beach, one groyne west of Sea Lane Café in Worthing. The sauna holds up to six people and is available for communal sessions (£15 per person) or private hire from £40, with a galvanised cold-water bath on site and direct access to the sea for a swim when the tide allows. It sits within GloWellbeing, an established beach activity operator that also runs paddleboarding and kayaking from the same stretch of West Sussex coast.
