Blackhouse Sauna is a wood-fired coastal sauna located on Ardrossan South Beach, North Ayrshire, Scotland. Sessions run for 60 minutes and are available as individual social bookings (sharing the sauna with others) or as exclusive private hire for up to ten people. The sauna sits directly alongside the sea, making a cold-water dip in the Firth of Clyde a natural part of the contrast therapy experience. Tidal information is provided to help guests time their sea swim.
